Overview
After nearly five years, the ValueCare project (Integrated outcome-based care for older people with ICT solutions) came to a close autumn 2024, with the Conference on Innovations in Outcome-based Integrated Care with Digital Solutions, held in Rotterdam.
Our consortium is currently working hard to finalise the project and we look forward to discussing with you the results of our large scale pilot, where patients, carers, and care professionals in seven European countries tested a new method of value-based working with an integrated digital solution.
At this conference, our project partners and other leaders from the world of value-based care gathered over two days to discuss the results of ValueCare and it's future impact.
This event also acted as the launch for The ValueCare Experience, a free book which gathers knowledge from the project in one place. You can download the book here.

Book launch
ValueCare is proud to announce the publication of a book summing up the knowledge that we have gathered during the project.
This free book will be launched during our Rotterdam conference and will be available for free online after the event. If you attend the in-person conference in Rotterdam, you will receive a free paper copy.
