ValueCare Final Event - Rotterdam - September 12-3

After four years, ValueCare will come to a close this autumn and we are incredibly excited to share our results.

Our team are currently working hard to finalise and present the results and findings of our large scale pilot, where patients, carers, and care professionals in seven European countries tested our IT-enabled system for value-based care.

In September, our project coordinators at the Erasmus Medical Center in Rotterdam will host a free public event to present the findings of the project. Attendees will be able to interact learn about the challenges and successes of our project, hear how the value-based care model works in practice, and interact with our team.

The event will also see the launch of the ValueCare book, which is currently being finalised.

The ValueCare book will give an in-depth look at our project from , and will be essential reading for anyone interested in the value-based care model or those working on or bidding for EU Horizon-funded projects.

To make sure you get access to our results and to receive updates on our final event and book, sign up to our mailing list or connect with us on LinkedIn.

About ValueCare

Project ValueCare is an EU funded project which aims to deliver personalised integrated (health and social) care services, better outcomes for older people and improved care experience. It also aims to improve staff satisfaction and greater efficiency in the use of resources and coordination of care. It will do this in a setting that ensures trust of users and policy makers with regard to data access, protection and sharing and which can be replicated and deployed at large scale in other EU countries
